AnyList: Grocery Shopping List

I did not expect for AnyList to change my life the way it does, but here we are. I absolutely love the copy and paste feature; it’s so easy to transfer over my list from my notes app! I just recently discovered the ability to do my Walmart pickup through the app… GENIUS! Any person involved in that creating feature deserves a raise!! Completely revolutionized how I go about grocery shopping. Wish I could give this app 6 stars!

A friend referred AnyList to us and we are in love. It makes grocery shopping so easy in a household where everyone wants something different and no one writes it down. I live how simple and obvious everything is…anyone can use it. We also use it for a million other lists, because of how easy it is to share. Huge fan, can’t wait to see what else they add to it!

I cannot stress how much I enjoy this app. As someone who cooks and bakes, being able to go from adding the recipe to the app, to adding my ingredients into a list to then either taking my list to the store with me OR having the app add my list to my online grocery order is amazing! I have been using this app for about a year now and I cannot find any faults to it. It’s completely customizable and so user friendly. It’s even beautiful to use on my iPad where as other apps do not transfer usability as easily. Especially when using the recipes I have saved, it shows ingredients and steps all on one screen and I can mark of steps and ingredients as I go. I could probably write an unnecessarily long review on how wonderful and usable this app is (maybe I just did. Haha) but I’ll end it here! Thank you AnyList developers for making my life so much easier!

I love this app! It is my got to for meal planning and grocery shopping. If you make the initial time investment to input all your regular meals and their recipes, it will make the rest of you life so much easier. My kids love that they can tell Alexa to add items to the grocery list. I love the recipe import feature so I can just check the ingredients I need for new meals we want to try. The shopping feature that connects to Walmart makes my shopping experience a breeze. As a full time working mom, I depend on this app weekly if not daily to help manage my household.

Best grocery list ever!

This is what I’ve been looking for! I have struggled with a grocery list because I have some staple items but need it to vary each week. This app you can add everything and make some things invisible so they are not cluttering your list when you don’t need them. Also the recipe import is sweet! This is all for free and I plan on buying the upgrade to upload unlimited recipes. Very cool!

This is one of the very few apps that I love enough and use enough to pay an annual subscription for (very reasonable price, given that I use it multiple times a day). I have always made a weekly menu on paper, and kept shopping lists on a chalkboard, and my recipes in a box or in cookbooks. With this app, I have downloaded tons of recipes and categorized them/tagged them in multiple ways (instant pot, Italian, potluck, soup, etc etc) each recipe with multiple tags. I can add the recipes to my meal plan, which is easy to rearrange as things happen during the week. Ingredients that I need can be instantly added to my shopping list, and I have categorized and arranged my shopping list according to the layout in my favorite store, but I can also tag items with other stores that I frequent (eg, international food store, farmers market). While I’m out shopping, my husband can add items to the grocery list in real time. Finally, we also keep other lists, such as items needed from the hardware store, camping/backpacking gear lists, gardening tasks, and just general to-do lists. I can’t say enough good things about this app, including the fast and friendly customer support. Get this app.
