Is Anywheel free?
Yes, Anywheel is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Fahrräder und App funktionieren sehr gut. Das war’s dann aber. Haben einen 7-Day Pass gebucht, welcher knapp 5€ kostet und damit kann man immer 30 Minuten kostenlos fahren, meldet das Fahrrad kurz ab und fährt wieder weiter (genau wie bei HelloRide). Was man hier aber nicht merkt ist, dass der Pass sich automatisch verlängert, wenn man es nicht ausstellt. Noch besser wird es, da man aus dem Ausland (sollte man Singapur verlassen haben) nicht mehr in die App kommt und dann extra den Kundenservice auf WhatsApp schreiben muss damit er das ausstellt. Merkst du natürlich erst, wenn du die nächste automatische Zahlung siehst. Wenn du die 30 Minuten dann überziehst, bezahlst du nicht eine die 35ct, sondern du musst dein Konto aufladen. Mindestbetrag sind natürlich 10SGD. Ich würde jedem empfehlen HelloRide zu nehmen, Fahrräder sind nahezu identisch und du wirst einfach nicht abgezogen, heißt kein Abo und direkte Bezahlung, falls man mal die 30min überzieht. Ansonsten ist der 7-Tage Pass ideal um Singapur zu erkunden, aber dann mit HelloRide.
Very bad im terms of payment!!
I am shocked how bad you can design the terms of payment. First of all the required minimum of S$20 for a top up is an outrageous scam (HelloRide offers a minimum of S$5!!!). Second of all did I had to pay for my ride (was under 60 minutes) all though I had a daypass which normally makes the rides free!!!
And now I can’t even refund the daypass.
I am shocked how you can have costumer’s, hopefully sooner or later everyone switches to the competition.

Worst payment conditions ever
On the app you are obliged to pay an amount of at least $20 (!). There is no other way to load smaller amounts into your account. Rarely have I seen such a poorly designed payment system. I would advise anyone not to use this app.

Nice service. The bikes are light and run very smoothly.

Very convenient way to get around. Easy to handle. Unfortunately just made for Hobbits
20 dollars top up is too much
20 dollar as smaller amount for top up is just too much if you are visiting Singapore just for a few days. Without top up the 20 you can’t use it.
Don’t top up your account with credit!
App pushes you to top up your account instead of charging your credit card as you use the service. Minimum top up amount? $20.
But I’m a traveler and can’t possibly use up all that credit in Singapore. Sorry, no refunds apparently! Just scammy to encourage people to put their money in the system, and leave it stuck there.
Bike rental
Everything Smooth. Lots of places where you can leave the bike. It’s super cheap as well (0,5 for half an hour)
Don’t use with a non Singapore number! 300% extra
I paid 15 SGD for that same ride my friend paid. 5 SGD.
Reason I registered the app under a non SGD number as the support told me.
Foreigners pay 300% in my case of Singspore locals for the same service..
