The app is easy to use with many different ways to make payment and sign up for an account!

Bike is available widely with clear rate displayed in the app. It’s advised to get a local phone contact to enjoy a better rate (SGD1 per 30minute)

Next time to remember check air before rent

I have been told no way to purchase yearly pass once ended, even though a long ride customer misslooked on the one year expiry pass . It’s disappointing me maybe should find another option instead of loyalty to only one app

Great and easy way to get around the city

I recently rented a bike and while the riding experience itself was pleasant, there were some notable drawbacks. Firstly, the bike's light wasn't functioning, which made riding near pedestrian areas a bit nerve-wracking due to safety concerns. Additionally, the absence of a front basket made it inconvenient for carrying my belongings. Furthermore, I found the rental price to be higher compared to competitors, especially considering the better condition of their bikes. Overall, while the ride was enjoyable, the lack of functional equipment and higher cost make it hard to recommend this rental service over others.
