Rented the bike at MBS and ride to Great World. You can only ride on pedestrian paths. App is very user friendly!

Terrible app experience, couldn't log in with my number... They then force you to pay a twenty dollar deposit up front, not pay per ride. I tried two bikes, both had misaligned wheels. When I parked it in the designated zone ofc the app couldn't geolocate where I was and charged me additional money. Had to message them and go through a convoluted appeal to get that reimbursemed. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a daily pass. The app won’t allow me to use it citing I have low balance. I tried to reach out to customer service. There is no one on duty on the weekend. You pay for nothing. They charge you without any way to offer services. No way to get your refund not even 1 min after the purchase. No customer service. No service. Total fraud.

Bicycles are not good, creaky, and hard to pedal from my experience. App requires you to deposit minimum 10$ before you ride, meaning when I found out my bike ride was no good and wanted to switch off anywheel, they had already taken my money. Basically no parking areas in some places, and they were annoying to get to when I wanted to end my ride and switch to another service. Please just use helloride it’s way better.
