Great Company

Easy shopping and checkout, great prices, and fantastic customer service!

Disappointed

I’ve tried numerous times to place an order so love what you have but was told you don’t ship to Hawaii ? Ok fine so now I decided to ask my daughter if I could have it shipped to her and she could send to me , she lives in Washington. Now you won’t except my payment, and it says you except master?

Cannot cancel or RTS Orders, no free return ship

The item prices are really competitive and offer free quick shipping via FedEx. Everything is wonderful, easy, sunshine and roses if you never ever return an item or ask to cancel an order - even 5 minutes after making that order.... There is miscommunication between the "Get Help" online form and Customer Service (CS) and the record is not sent or saved. CS will tell you they have no record of your contact. I used the online "Get Help" form and selected "Request Cancellation" from the drop-down menu; sent this request four times. The policy states that requests made same business day as order can be cancelled. 100% NOT TRUE. Customer Service (CS) claimed they never got any of my online message requests and did I screenshot them?! CS ignored my pre-shipment requests, then said cancellation past shipping is not possible and that it is "not possible" to contact FedEx to Return to Sender (RTS). (Their app policy states they can RTS!) Two CS agents told me to contact FedEx or decline delivery when it comes. So I called FedEx and was told only the shipper can RTS the package. FedEx told me to contact Aosom to have the company RTS.. Which Aosom CS claims they "cannot do." Aosom considers non-defective returns to be "customer remorse" and will require customer to pay their own return shipping. You have to contact the CS phone number and receive an RMA and then pay for your own return shipping. No CS evenings or Sat - Sun/ no hassle free returns/ no free shipping return on non-defective item. If you are good with that then prices are good and lots of discounts. The Bidenflation and depression-era economy means a trade off between either good CS or low cost - you have to pick one; can't have both. Soon it will be can't have any!

Skeptical at first

I was skeptical of the add on FB. So I went directly to the website. I ordered a Catio. It was delivered within a couple of days. Best price I've seen. It's going together well. I can not say how happy I am and how I anticipate doing more business with this company. Many thanks

Worst customer service company

I ordered a product for my child and the product had missing parts I reached out via customer service number, via app on Facebook as well but no reply I also initiated refund but no reply from company it is completely unprofessional. The customer service number has waiting of always just 3 mins and automatically goes to voicemail even though I choose not to. Atlast I reached them via my Amazon account and they replied looks like they are scared of Amazon ratings and have only concerned about them Really bad company and customer service

I wanted two units. There was no place to order two. I have got to go back and reorder😏

Great deals but app won’t work

I have been trying for over three days now to make a purchase. Every time I get to the checkout I put in my code. I try to process my order, but it constantly tells me that I need to input the required data. The required data it’s asking for is the address however, every time I click onto the address it won’t let me add anything. Nothing happens the screen just freezes. The web version is great and it will work just fine but I don’t get to utilize the special discount for the item. I’m trying to get for the additional 15%. I’ve sent two messages through their contact is Site, and still no word.
