《中国居民膳食指南 2022》的核心准则第一条：“食物多样，合理搭配，平均每天摄入 12种以上食物，【每周25种】以上。”
本App 可记录追踪饮食习惯，不用记录繁杂的食物成分、重量、进食时间点，只需记下种类即可，轻松帮你达成【每周25种】的健康膳食目标。
人体内的各自细胞都是在以固定的速度“更新迭代”，当细胞修复的速度高于损伤速度，就是健康的，反之，「青黄不接」则容易出毛病。
细胞更新过程所需的「原材料」，唯一来源就是日常摄入的食物。只有摄入了足够的营养，这个平衡才能够正常运转。
由于不同的身体器官所需营养元素也不同，人体所需的全部营养元素十分复杂。如果长期只吃几种固定的食物，会增加营养“偏科”的风险。吃的食物越杂，营养越容易均衡。
也许我们可以从好好吃饭开始，日常习惯做一点微小的改变，就能帮身体的营养维持该有的平衡。
