本App 可记录追踪饮食习惯，不用记录繁杂的食物成分、重量、进食时间点，只需记下种类即可，轻松帮你达成【每周25种】的健康膳食目标。

细胞更新过程所需的「原材料」，唯一来源就是日常摄入的食物。只有摄入了足够的营养，这个平衡才能够正常运转。
