Not able to log in
After today’s update the App doesn’t show me the log in screen .And while searching for flights it shows the result as “null” “null” .please fix it soon

1 东方航空某些时候输身份证号查不到订票信息 2 航司变动航班信息后，提供的机票改签链接无法使用，电话人工客服后不表示歉意，并且坚持认为系统没问题。自主和人工从来不应该是二选一，而是两个渠道都应该通畅，请问为什么有自主改签有票，费用为0，但是无法提交，但电话人工改签有票，费用340的情况呢？ 航司变动本身就造成了乘客不便，并且乘客在反馈的时候还帮助航司发现了系统问题。公司不仅不表示歉意和积极改进，还踢皮球推卸责任，扣大分。
