Birthday stay
It was a wonderful time we had in sshangri la. The staff were meticulous to our needs at every step along the way and super helpful. Want to give a shout out to the horizon lounge staff esp Ina, Zoe,Mad, Syah,and Votey for making it and wonderful experience. Including the counter staff and everyone I can’t name personally!!

It's a wonder that you did not make the app compatible with apple Wallet, considering that you have an apple iPad in every single one of your rooms !
