I started staying in Shangri-la post Covid and within a year I’m a diamond member. The reason is simple; Shangrila-la properties are centrally located and posh, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is top-notch. The app enables me to make requests for room cleaning or additional amenities, in addition to booking and managing my booking. The app also shows available promotions across various properties. I just wish there are more Shangri-la properties worldwide, and that we could have a family membership so everyone in the family can share the benefits.

My room2618 I stay in from 15 nov to 17 nov 2024. The room service for cleaning up is very clean and nice . Good services and friendly for the staff name is 張秀华。will luke to thanks her .
Errors and errors
Able to add airline membership on web portal profile but unable to see membership in the app and can’t add the membership in the app.
Rooms have a limit of 3 pax which ended up excluding families with 2 adults and 2 children. Very odd limitation since it’s a hotel room.
Point redemption
Super easy to redeem, all done within the app. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much.
Not user friendly app
Had my old account & was auto log out. Upon retrieving the OTP from my email, it says invalid code in the app. In the first place you shouldn’t have auto log out my existing old account, there are still points I have kept.
Then when I have to recreate new account, I can’t saved my phone number to verify in future due to have existing account.
Excellent stay
Always love our stay especially with a young kid. Would like to say Chef Amresh and Chef Pradeep always remember us when we visit the property. The room was spacious and they had a good variety of kids activities. Loved the movie by the beach! Thank you Shangri-La!
