Excellent Hotel
Had stayed at Shangrila for 4 nights in 2 stays at Colombo, the location of the hotel is awesome, hospitality is upto the mark & above all the lounge is the best I have come across in all majority chains of branded hotels, only the vegetarian variety of snacks to be increased & the winery section should have more brands.
Superb and amazing stay
Had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La. bangalore. Sunny sharma front office and his team were simply amazing and outstanding.
My last stay.
Not good. In fact the experience was very bad this time.
