阿里员工得白血病身故，生前租了自如甲醛房

王同学今年1月做了全面体检，以便入职阿里巴巴。体检报告显示，各项身体指标正常。到了7月，他和妻子说，很不舒服。随后回京，在301医院等医院检查；随后，在首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院，确诊为急性髓系白血病；7月13日，病情恶化，去世。阿里员工去世，生前租自如甲醛房，该员工妻子向法院提交了起诉书后，自如没有任何解释，只有一条短信：“诉讼书表明您已经没有继续履约的能力，现解除合同。” 爆料此事的作者被要求删稿。自如屡曝甲醛超标致房客生病退租金？可以！需“封口” 租客李龙提出退还全部租金的要求遭到拒绝，自如只答应退还未发生的租金。李龙说，自如的工作人员还略带“威胁”地表示，一天不退租，产生的租金和服务费就要增加一天。后来媒体、工商部门介入，自如同意退还全额租金，但要求签订一份带有“封口性质”的和解协议。自如提供给李龙的和解协议显示，自如要求租客不得作出发表有损对方声誉的言论等任何有损契约精神的言行，并对该协议内容进行保密。租客如违反规定，应向自如支付等同于该协议和解金额3倍的违约金，如果该违约金不足以弥补自如损失的，还应继续赔偿损失。 “自如的人还不断要求，签完和解协议后，就要撤除所有曝光自如甲醛问题的言论。”
