用自如很多年，这几年管家频繁换人，办理相关服务各种不清楚不及时。部分服务由云管家替代，不智能的机器人真的太傻了，没办法解决问题。找其他人询问，都不清楚。也没有想要解决问题，一句不是我负责，我也没办法。自如现在服务这么差嘛！
