The worst company ever. That’s impossible to discuss anything with them, just want you to pay and pay and pay and pay. Even when you check out you should pay. Everything should be applied through app, no direct communication. Too many rules, no excuses even during endless lockdowns.

不通知而改变

春节之前自如把正常的保洁改变到2.5倍更贵的保洁费、而且还不可以选择时间。向客户很不尊重、一星评价。

无法外国人登录

实名认证时无法分开写外国人的姓和名，写的时候是分开，但是提交后变成合并，结果不能通过认证，因为系统要求分开写姓和名！！！
