Cloud storage pimping
There’s no option to opt out of the constant barrage of requests to buy their cloud storage options. I do not want to buy your cloud storage.
Not as reliable as you would hope!
Great picture quality and app functions are excellent. But, in the last two days the app has gone down. This has meant that there is nothing we could do but wait until the app was fixed. Not good when you are using it as a baby monitor...
Memory card
It states it will re cord over old recordings on my memeory card. This does not happen once the card is full it does not record anymore. Please advice on how to fix this please
Good quality for price
Rated 3 stars at first because I couldn’t delete the alerts or videos I didn’t want but I figured it out so have now changed to 5 stars is very good for price and quality is great
Freeze
Since latest update the app constantly freezes and a reboot of the iPad is required to access the app.
Where is the delete option on alerts
App is great and easy to use. But where is the delete option for unwanted alerts. In the old version, I was able to look at the alert and tick the delete box if it was an unwanted alert. This new version, it hasn’t got that option. How do I delete alerts/files off a memory card?
I can’t get the sound to work for me to use it as a baby camera
See above. Please advise how to fix this.
Support for RTSP
This is an excellent app with loads of functionality for great value little cameras, however can you please allow the cameras (e.g. PA201) to support local RTSP streaming on the next firmware update? This will allow the cameras to integrate with home automation systems which they can not currently do.
Decent but needs upgrade to notifications
Picture quality is good. Installability is easy. Night vision is good. Notifications of motion alerts needs a lot of work to have the option to send a notification by iMessage or email. Needs better playback options.
