The time to queue for the ride really helped as i can avoid that ride but the app takes really long to download i love disneyland

Reservation failed
I’ve tried to make a park reservation for more than 10 times to the app and to the website for a group of 6 adults however an error keeps on showing. I am unable to make a reservation for my booked park tickets.
Bad service experienced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I brought my 73 year old mum to toilet on a rainy wet day and let my 2 children queued up for Wondrous Disney show at 12.30pm. I came back at 12.20pm 23/1/24 and the staff didn’t allow us to join my 2 children. Obviously it is a family entertainment park but not family minded staff you have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should not have any star at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good to have but not fanatasic
Interactive map that shows waiting time and the various attractions on the map. But there should be features like announcements on cancelled events or timings and locations of disney characters.
No real time updates
App does not give real time updates. For example, it does not tell you that the ride is spoilt.
