Your app is soooo slow! Takes time to load. Also, I made a mistake on booking a seat for my companion and sent an email multiple times. It was pretty obvious that it was a mistake as I was the only one with a seat selected on my outgoing flight and my request to change just 1 seat so it can be under my name was not granted and I was being asked to purchase another seat. My companion is with her family with a special child she needs to sit with so they are supposed to sit together. No consideration. My flight is tomorrow Dec 10, 2023 and i certainly hope this is being read and looked at so that an action can be done.

The app has abnormal charging time. Not only on my mobile, but also computer. This is annoying.
Not suitable for SE
Not sure if it’s about using Ipohone SE, seems that things are not 100% compact. When I try to scan my passport, the creek cannot show the process button at the bottom. And been now, then. I am trying to type the comment, the words are not shown on screen (I rely on my instincts to type!)
Please fix the bugs and also, this app often die in the middle of the process, not stable enough as a travel app.
My review can’t be shown
I made a review to complaint about the mandatory login so as to use the app to search flight. I don’t know why I can’t see my review. It’s definitely not convenient, and why I have to registered certain emails or social media so that I can use the app!
