Insane
The fact that I have to download an app to wash my clothes is so stupid, the prices are extremely high and it’s so weird and difficult to use. In the future I will avoid any place that uses this type of system (if that’s still possible)
Terrible system
Your app is trash. All it does is swallow money and throw out wet clothes. Both the laundry machines and the dryers work ineffectively. The timer is almost newer correct leading you to do laundry at minimum 30-45 minutes longer than you anticipated. The dryers will just finish 15 minutes earlier with no warning so why the hell would anyone pay such an exorbitant price for what’s meant to be a regular domestic chore. Apps are not a substitute for service and all this method of work is doing is just creating more dissatisfied customers. Can’t wait to never use this again and free up my phone storage!!
Terrible app with constantly failure to start laundry
I’ve never used any other app that so poorly communicates with the laundry machines. But it’s not like the company’s gonna care cos you are forced to use their app anyways.
System is rubbish
Just the worst, keep being charged twice for washes and there is no support whatsoever!!! So infuriating !
TopUp Feature doesn’t work
The top up feature on the website and the app don’t work because of a server error and there’s no other way to pay to do your washing. The app has a button to add a voucher, but there’s NOWHERE online to buy one, I’ve been looking for half an hour. On top of how expensive it is, I can’t even find a way to pay. Extremely frustrating and negative experience with this entire program
New update ruined it
New update logged me out and kept giving me an unknown error when I tried to log in again. I tried everything to fix it but it’s rendered the app useless and all my clothes filthy.
Minimum payment is too high
I don’t see a reason why the minimum payment has to be 20€ except to trap people in their service, yet making it useless for a big proportion of users. Apart from that it’s badly designed.
Initial text message not functioning
The only way to register is through a text message delivered to your phone. I’ve tried 3 different phones but no message delivered whatsoever, hence unable to do my laundry
Too high minimum top up
I am staying in a hotel where they use this app and am unlikely to use it more than once. Yet, the minimum amount I can top up is €20.
