€20 minimum? what a joke. machines that don’t let you wash the clothes the way you need to. This is a joke

Tries to steal your money by only allowing you to add much more money that you need.

Dryers do not work. Cost $20+ anytime you do any laundry and if you walk away with your clothes remotely dry it’s a win. Awful app, even worse machines

Garbage app that never sends the verification message needed to set up the app in the first place

Horrible customer service. The drier never dries the clothes correctly and gives error messages. I have had to pay for multiple cycles on the drier.. multiple times. When I reached out for a refund they replied back and said a refund will be issued, and then followed by a message saying I have to pay for another load before they will refund my money.. after they saw that I don’t have anymore money in my account for another cycle. I’m leaving the country and don’t need to load money onto the app for one more cycle when it was the driers fault my clothes aren’t done. Horrible customer service and will not use again.

Id like to have the option to contact the one using the machine before me, incase they forget to come pick their laundry up after its finished. Then I don’t have to wait long minutes for some people to be able to use the machine.

Absolutely awful. You prepay, then select your machine, and the washing is fine. However, the drying is a nightmare. The machine will stop when it “thinks” your clothes are “dry”. But of course they are damp. So maybe you would like to add more time? Nope. If you pay for another cycle, it spins for a minute or two and then will stop. I CAN TELL WHEN MY CLOTHES ARE DRY! So now I am out 8 euros and all my clothes are damp. Contacted support, but nobody replies ever. Will NEVER use again.

If I could, I would give this app a negative 5 star

I’m really frustrated because the app took my money for the laundry and yet the machine would not start. I tried contacting for help on the app and through email and still haven’t received any information. I just want to do my laundry and I can’t. Also would like my money back

This app works beautifully. Easy to download and create an account for your buildings wash machines. Payment across a variety of platforms. The app shows if a machine is free and allows you to book it. A message appears when load is complete. Very very user friendly!!
