Can’t link with Apple Home. Also what interface update? They actively made no good visual updates and they promote Google and other eco systems over Apple. I just want to link my Home Kit like before. Please pay someone who actually knows what UX is.
After the update to 4.0 I have lost access to my entire system. All the logins have been discard. I now effectively have hundreds of dollars that are useless lying around. The app barely functions, not sure how Apple approved this. Also as a company how dare you do this.
These products work so well and have a good build quality for the price point. I just wish the switches came with a dimming feature.
Very easy to set up and integrate into your home app. Fantastic product
An easy to use and accurate alarm ecosystem. Cheap sensors so you can build onto it as needed. Cameras work well too (but can cause false alarms with lightning so I use them for motion recording and supplement with sensors for triggering alarm). I do wish Aqara would add more outdoor devices. Works well with Apple.
Am really enjoying the Aqara ecosystem and linking to Home Assistant.
My Aqara system with hub and all devices works very well. I love the integration with Apple HomeKit. All devices are reliable and responsive. My house is long in two directions though, so to extend my network I think I need two more hubs on each end. Unfortunately my house lighting does not have neutral wires in most light switches, so cannot use the modules that can act as extenders of the network.
Its the best!
Easy to use and works well. Constantly being updated, and they respond to user reported bugs and suggestions.
