It’s too difficult to integrate into Home Assistant

Failed to connect to apple homekit

Milanbondej on

I have used the aqara for some time now. Recently I got a new G3 because the other one stopped working from one day to another. The new G3 and all my accessories are working perfect in the Aqara App. But when I connect to my Homekit, the camera function of the G3 doesn't work. It shows the G3 on the home kit page, but only as a Bridge. I have tried to connect it as matter and that doesn't help the issue. When I try to connect using normal Homekit Technology it wont connect. So I am forced to use Matter. How can I fix this? Looking forward to a solution.

Automation is not easy.

Mobillen on

Denmark

On your HomePage you clearly advertise the new Motion Sensor P2 and Hub M3 with Automation in 3 group (IF, WHEN and THEN) but there is no WHEN in the automation area, in the app. This makes the automation very difficult, and a bit last years news.

Alarm settings needs more option

Skovbakken35 on

Hello, your app is nice, and you also create really good hardware products at a reasonable price. Thumbs up for that! However, I have a significant request regarding the alarm function in your app, as I can't use it as it currently is. I need a sound when the alarm activates, indicating I have, for example, 30 seconds before the alarm goes off and I need to leave the house. Equally important is receiving a notification when the alarm is armed, like when entering through the front door and the door sensor triggers. It's crucial to have an audible reminder that the alarm is on and must be deactivated within, let's say, 30 seconds. Is there any way to address this? You could look into it online; it seems to be a requirement for many users considering switching from a more professional alarm system to a DIY one like yours.

Privacy equal to zero

This app steal all you pets data. First they fool you to all their products afterwards privacy no longer possible. If you do not agree you have no access to YOUR F products. I’m speechless how can this be acceptable

hub m1s gen 2 keeps going offline

Thomatrix on

Denmark

My hub m1s gen 2 keeps going offline and online constantly. Drives me nuts. I have a ton of IoT equipment including the new presence sensors that don’t need the hub - everything else is rock solid and stable. Only the hub has this issue. It is fully updated and is close to a router with strong signal. Hope there’s a fix or this is going back for RMA.

Perfekt alarm anlæg.
