I ordered my product on 10th august and I trusted their service and already paid the money but today is 13th of August and they haven’t sent my parcel yet and now they are not even receiving calls . No heads up nothing. I would recommend others not to use this app or purchase anything from them . I was a regular customer. Ordered and suggested others to get things from them but not anymore.

They are cheating the customers by hiding bad reviews and only showing good ones

Disappointing & worse customer service!!

With this time aroggo has cancelled 5 of my order. Even after selecting fast delivery mode with paying extra 50 taka which suppoed to be delivered the next day they haven’t delivered the product yet its been like 4 days already. Such downfall for aroggo team. Im definitely not returning this time. Its way better to shop from nearest pharmacy. Such waste of time

The Behaviour of delivery men are very rude and they threaten me today along with 3/4 guy. Aroggo should take more responsibility during hiring this kind of guys.

I always write reviews for the products I use. I posted a review about a product that might be fake, but it wasn’t approved. However, they did approve the positive reviews. Not gonna trust this website anymore.
