They scam you. I have been scammed twice. 1. Order delivered showed in app but delivery man did not arrive. 2. Damaged product received and customer care refused refund saying that they have a policy to unwrap in front of delivery man

I ordered my product on 10th august and I trusted their service and already paid the money but today is 13th of August and they haven’t sent my parcel yet and now they are not even receiving calls . No heads up nothing. I would recommend others not to use this app or purchase anything from them . I was a regular customer. Ordered and suggested others to get things from them but not anymore.

Did not delivered the product on time
With this time aroggo has cancelled 5 of my order. Even after selecting fast delivery mode with paying extra 50 taka which suppoed to be delivered the next day they haven’t delivered the product yet its been like 4 days already. Such downfall for aroggo team. Im definitely not returning this time. Its way better to shop from nearest pharmacy. Such waste of time
