Description
ArriveCAN still contains Advance CBSA Declaration, which allows you to answer customs and immigration questions up to 72 hours in advance of flying into Canada. It is currently available to international air travellers who enter Canada at selected airports.
By submitting your customs and immigration information in advance, you will spend less time at a primary inspection kiosk (PIK) or eGate when you arrive at the airport. This contributes to shorter line-ups in arrivals halls.
At the border, you will be prompted to scan your travel document at a primary inspection device and confirm your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed, your Advance CBSA Declaration will be retrieved from ArriveCAN for you to review and certify. If changes are required, you can edit and update your declaration prior to certification.
Use of the Advance CBSA Declaration feature of ArriveCAN is entirely optional.

Need to fix carry on bag issues
To travel right now is to expect baggage loss, even when they take your carry-on and say they will “check it” with the checked in baggage. Then proceed to lose it. I love Delta but it’s partnership with Canadian WestJet needs review.
Unnecessary procedures
It is not necessary to run these procedures while the whole Europe, Middle East and US are not doing this at all. It is a waste of yacht payers’ money on useless polices. Thanks.

Total waste of taxpayers’ money.
Pointless App
What is the point of this app if it still makes you stop and answer the exact same questions again at the airport kiosk? This doesn’t save time for travellers, it saves money on border agents for the CBSA. Useless.
Was not sure how to answer the question about unaccompanied goods.
We had a bag lost and it may be gone forever However it may be found at some point Not sure if I should have recorded it as unaccompanied goods So I did just in case they found it in the next 20 hours
Terrible app. Even now i am unable to access the keyboard despite having modern updated phone
Awful code. Employ a programmer under th age of 30 please
