Failed to load multiple times, have to wait 5-10min for it load certain prompts. No support outside of the app.

The app is good but crashed 3 times on Apple iphone when entering date and time of arrival.

We think this system is great, a time saver, and less paper to fill in. Very quick to do. We love Canada and travel to your country to ski every year and have been for the past 27 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Canada

Very easy to use and understand

Instructions are clear but kept telling me my password was incorrect and it wasnt that user friendly for me as a not tech savy person Once in and onto it, it was ok then

Easy to follow and read

Not being very computer literate I was dreading having to do this. Happy to say I found it very easy.

With multiple travellers registered and one declaration completed no further declarations can be made. No start button on bottom of traveller tab. Plus first traveller summary on home page covers the start splash screen. Had to delete existing declaration and do multiple declarations for all registered travellers to make it work (sort of). Very clunky

I am using this App for the first time upon re-entering Canada. I am really looking forward to avoiding the long wait-lines and getting back to my friends and family that much sooner!
