Too complex and full of errors in the submission. Old people need to pay for it to be submitted by a consultant.Just try it as an old person who would attempt do it to visit Canada, completely outrageous in complexity, need to send scans, pictures, and of course pay a lawyer to do it. Errors in the submission include being unable to upload files from a PC or laptop - we had to use this old iPad to get through.

App is garbage and doesn’t let you reset password. Sends you a verification code where it cannot be put anywhere as the app doesn’t give the option and the damn email doesn’t have a link to reset it…. Had to use a pc to reset it. If I didn’t have my computer with me, I would not be able to reset my password and use the app…

But very complicated to set the time of arrival.

It took several attempts to upload my data to your servers. Mentioned to check internet connection although that wasn’t the reason It took a bit of exploring to find where my information regarding the vacines’ details was. Not as I was entering first time, but later when I needed to update it. Other than that, thumbs up! Cheers

What is the point of this app if it still makes you stop and answer the exact same questions again at the airport kiosk? This doesn’t save time for travellers, it saves money on border agents for the CBSA. Useless.

We had a bag lost and it may be gone forever However it may be found at some point Not sure if I should have recorded it as unaccompanied goods So I did just in case they found it in the next 20 hours
