For years the art industry and in particular a history of secrecy and lack of transparency in auctions and private art sales only stifled the way forward for a diversely enriched marketplace and information resource. I love to make collections of favourite artists and often discover new art and artists.
I’ve been hit with massive shipping costs and taxes that were not made clear at all when biding. I would strong avoid advise avoiding this business outside the US.
They don’t allow small artists to sell work and only famous artists work. App would be so much better if they allowed this
I was disappointed with the fact of being not able to sell my arts. This app does not solve any problem as was said at the advertisement.

Artsy has the most addictive and easy to navigate app to discover and buy art from galleries, fairs and auctions, and allows me to be the first to know when a new work by an artist I follow becomes available. I love the Augmented Reality functionality, especially now that we cannot experience most works we fall in love with in person.
Unbelievable! Dreadful app I’ve tried every way to stop emails due to there being no way of selling your art on this app even though they say you can they don’t accept art. DONT BOTHER SIGNING UP. or you’ll end up with art that’s out of your own specified price range and no way of selling your own art. Then try and stop their emails. SCAM BE AWARE ARTISTS Scammers! When you download their app you’re inundated with emails (numerous a day) even if you unsubscribe. They don’t offer the services of selling art but they advocate that they do!
