Good app but has issues
When opening the app, faceID or touchID the app seems to try and log in twice and then says timed out. Have to enter pin and then the app finally works. Been happening since last few updates. Using touchID, if you touch the button once and then select cancel, it works fine.
Poor app and user experience
App has had issues logging in for the last 2 months. Constant error every time.
No consistent user experience online either. Due to the lack of innovation I’m moving my banking elsewhere.
Mobile Problems
Not sure what’s happening but can’t log on with either face recognition or PIN number!!
App crashed
I recently noticed I couldn’t make bill payment for one of the existing biller (contact energy) which works fine previously. When I’m about to make payment, it keeps telling me please enter 9 digits account number, and if I click the exclamation mark icon, it crashes.
Good app, but not optimised for iPhone 13
The app requires you to tap it twice to open. The first time, it instantly closes. Noticed this as soon as I got an iPhone 13. Another app had the same issue, but was updated and fixed.
Ledger view looks horrible
Please revise and make it easier to locate card controls. Thx
Lacks Historical Data Capabilities
You are denied from seeing historical data going back in time, for instance if you want to see a transaction over a year ago. It’s not possible.
Other banks allow you to do this.
Keeps deregistering my device and not stable
Lasts for a day or so and then deregisters my device requiring me to start the register process all over again- also struggles with Apple Watch
No internal message option to contact ASB
I live in Australia and I have an urgent request.
I cannot find internal Send Us A message. Only phone numbers and a feedback.
Trying to call the international inquiry miner provided, I am faced with a thank you please call later and hang up...
This is NOT a way to provide a customer service and I think ASB should look into improving this segment ASAP.
Very happy otherwise.

Every time I use this app it requires an update. So over it!!
