iOS version of the app cannot make one off payments. Had to log in via mobile version off the website, in order to make payment.

• Receive real-time security alerts about activity on your accounts and cards
• Securely access your account with a PIN code or biometric data (i.e., fingerprint or face recognition on supported devices)
• Conveniently complete two-step verification for FastNet Classic or when calling us with just a tap in the app

• Manage all devices you have currently registered for the ASB Mobile app

Login fails to work consistently
App will either loop about 10 login attempts before it actually loads or continually says the service is unavailable.
Updates need better management
Seems every time I need to open the app lately it forces an update. Why do so many small changes that forces inconvenience to customers at times when we just need to access our accounts. Their planning needs some work!! Super frustrating all.the.time
Something clearly broken
The app continually crashes when trying to log in on an iPhone X. Please push an update as this was working perfectly before.
International payments
Needs the ability to make international payments
Good app, but..
Overall a good app. Needs more optimisation in terms of speed however I would like to see an alert button for when money gets paid into account which should be available considering there is one which notifies you when money is defucted.
User testing?
I do wonder if this app has undergone much testing for usability. I wanted to change my mobile number so copy/pasted it from my iPhone. The app wouldn’t accept it because it began +64 2 which is the standard international prefix for NZ mobile phones. I changed +64 2… to 02… but it still wouldn’t accept it because the number had spaces in it - crazy that it can’t handle that.
Can't log out
Every time I log out, the Face ID log me back in again. ASB developers are useless to not even fix this with a property log out page. Poor quality app. How did Apple let this app pass QC for a basic insecure feature like this??
Loaded with features
Excellent app with so many useful features, such as Pay to Mobile or pay to email, plus all the standard banking functions in a very well designed app. Well done ASB.
Great app!
It just works. Nice and quick. Never need to call or go into a branch anymore.
