One of my three heaters had connection issues. So, I removed it from my devices and figured I would re-add it to fix the problem. Well, I physically can’t do that. The app won’t pick it up in the scan, even though the device is in pairing mode; which is fine, that scan literally never worked for any of my devices. The problem is there is no longer any option for heaters in the menu to manually pick devices. I don’t know if this is an error or was purposefully done. Either way, I now have a heater in which one of its key functions is unusable.

Waste of money. Works maybe half of the time.

Giving this app 1 star solely because of the notification it sends when my device is offline. “Your device is offline. Please pay attention.” Why does that message feel like a passive-aggressive robot trying to warn me about impending doom? The phrase “pay attention” has me thinking I’m about to be ambushed or something. It’s unnecessarily ominous. Honestly, just drop the “pay attention” bit—it’s doing way too much. Other than that, the app works fine.

The idea is great but they are not working. You think you have everything setup for your party. You checked everything the day before and … bingo your event is trashed by this junk light system. 80% of the lights will turn on but there will ALWAYS - EVERY TIME - be one or two lamps that will RANDOMLY stay off. Super disappointing. A little bit like a beautiful girl smiling with 3 missing teeth!!! I am not sure what products are available at the competition but I sure will look for for more productive and stable products somewhere else. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE !!! Yes I know : a développer will reach out and say “sorry about that”. You know what I am sorry too, will see somewhere else, thank you-

I bought an off brand airtag from this company and it doesn’t seem to be working and i was wondering if i’m doing something wrong. It says atomi on the front clearly so i do believe it isn’t a fake. i used the app and this item wasn’t on the list for devices to add manually. i tried to connect it using the radar but that also didn’t work. I want to know if this is an issue on my part or if this device was simply forgotten about. I would really like to know because i have many uses that i could use this item for like my wallet and i would like to get it working.

Bought 2 x wall sconce lights…. One connects….. the other keeps flashing and every time I add it I get a “wrong password”. (And the wifi and password are correct)

Please make it work in shortcuts and automation.

A year ago I had purchased the ceiling light and the string lights. They were very promising until this year. The string lights became defective when it was outside in the elements, flickering and appearing as offline in the app. I got it replaced with the warranty but the new set had the same problem after a while. The ceiling light just gave up. Even though it was connected to power it still appeared as offline. After multiple resets nothing worked. It might be the app or the light, I don’t know, but don’t get either. I had to reset it on the app by removing it and adding the light back in but it won’t connect. It only wastes 5 minutes of my time per every reset session just for me to be told that connection has failed. And why on earth does it need a special Wi-Fi frequency. It just kept denying everything even after turning my wifi to 2.4. Nothing works. Again… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ATOMI. These guys just make products with a really small lifetime just to profit from you guys to buy replacements. I am never trusting this brand. I would rather switch to some unknown and cheap brand because at least they can promise good results, unlike these clowns.

I’ve had my lights for a of couple years now and they have worked perfectly from day 1 including with Alexa! Bravo!! My only complaint and why only 4 stars is that there needs to be more color customizations. There is only 1 and how hard can it be to add another of the same, although I would like to have the option for more than 2 colors. Love to change them up every month for holidays and special occasions and very limited currently.

The smart coffee maker is awesome when it works. I’ve had it tell me the carafe isn’t on the base; so it wouldn’t brew….had to take it off, put it back on and let the machine register it I also just cannot stand that the only way to have the “keep warm” option on is through brewing. Because it doesn’t always stay on and my coffee goes cold. There’s no way to just turn the heating element on. All this tech from Atomi and it’s the small things I miss about my regular coffee maker. Do an update or something
