Coffee Maker Control
The smart coffee maker is awesome when it works. I’ve had it tell me the carafe isn’t on the base; so it wouldn’t brew….had to take it off, put it back on and let the machine register it I also just cannot stand that the only way to have the “keep warm” option on is through brewing. Because it doesn’t always stay on and my coffee goes cold. There’s no way to just turn the heating element on. All this tech from Atomi and it’s the small things I miss about my regular coffee maker. Do an update or something
One light malfunction
One of the light didn’t sink with rest 8. Tried changing bridge location closer. I get WiFi connection but doesn’t turn on, if I manually turn, the color is different from the rest . Tried redo connecting, no luck.
Blinking after restored power outage
During Houston’s massive thunderstorm on 5/17/2024, we were away from home The restored power outage caused this Costco-bought shop light to blinking uncontrollably for as long as were away - 3 weeks, there should be an option in which the blinking stops when the is no human intervention within a prescribed time
Frustrating
Worked for a while, then couldn’t connect. Now it won’t let me log on. Just taking up space on my phone.
Keeps losing devices
If every few weeks I have to re-add my heater it’s not worth having a smart heater. I got this so I could adjust and control things when away and conserve energy but I’m fed up with the app losing my settings and have to log into my internet again each time. Uninstalling your app, when the heater gets inconvenient to run manually I’ll replace it with something else. Not even 1 year of using this app and I’m sick of this issue. Will not be buying your products again.
Auto schedule options
The auto schedule option does not have the scene selection and cannot set up a specific light theme or color.

It worked great but i updated the app and now I cannot log in.
Great heater!
We’ve had three of these in our home for the past few years and we love them. The heaters are quiet, dependable and efficient. Would buy again.
Won’t work with Alexa app
Doesn’t work with the Alexa skill. Just dead loops you. Seriously such poop!
