Logs me out daily, very annoying No FaceID support either
I just downloaded the app on my iPhone and it does not work. The welcome screen opens and then freezes. The “get started” button doesn’t work and it eventually crashes. I’m using an iPhone and the App Store says it’s compatible.
Good app. The constant logins is terrible and overall ruins the experience. I shouldn't have to log into an app several times a week.
I already paired my Apple Watch and when I opened my attain app it just kept loading and won’t fully open. There’s an error saying “there’s a problem with our servers. Some info may be out of date.” Please fix this
Having to log in almost every time I want to open the app is a real buzzkill and the fact that on certain weeks I have to hit my daily goal 5 days in a row to meet my weekly goal? Are you guys trying to turn me into an Olympian just so I can save myself $11 a month on the app? Y'all are trippin. I referee basketball 4x per week sometimes and I miss my goal because I try to have a rest day in between my 4-8 hour running shifts? Y'all gotta ease up frfr. 2 stars for having a clean UI, but having to log in each time blows and the goals are overly ambitious for 11 dollars... Acting like I'm training for the Iron Man all for 11 measly dollars get outta here 😂
Surprised by all the good reviews. This app is buggy on my 14 Pro. It often crashes and has quite a delay to show you your results. If you buy an Amazon gift card, you have to exit out of the purchase, then look at your purchase history to get the card code for use. It’s annoying.
I’m currently locked out of the app and can’t log in. I reached out to them via email and was told that I have to wait 7-10 business days for them to reset my account from android to iPhone use. I tried calling them to see if maybe someone could help me make the process go faster. The lady was super nice and polite but she said I needed to keep waiting. It’s so silly I have to wait that long to flip some switch to regain access to my account. Even finding an email to reach out to them with my issue took such a long time because in the app all I see is a number to call. I ended up coming here at the reviews in hopes of finding a support email. I’ve been waiting for 3 days so I decided to. Thankfully, the call was picked up right away, that’s the positive thing I CAN say at the moment but otherwise I am of sad and disappointed right now.
app may be great, but worst customer support experience in a decade. shuffled back and forth between teams( was even sent to internal Aetna employee support, where i needed to give an Aetna employee ID.) for last 2 months i get they’re working on the issue, will be resolved in 2-3 days. task was to re enable my account after a watch had been returned. a few days ago, an actual case with issue recorded in it was opened for the first time . (after being told one had been opened for last couple months). still no case number though. i’ve called in every other day, i explained the issue to a new person answering the phone each time( about a 15 minute explanation each time). now i get a it’s being worked on, no eta. no record in the case of anything having been done. no, there’s no way of getting in touch with the support team. no, there is no case number
I love this app, I really do and I’d love to give it 5 start. But it’s getting really frustrated that I have to keep logging in every single time I open the app. It makes me forget to check the app since I don’t get any notifications it discourages me from even participating in the challenges if I keep having to log In multiple times a day
Still being charged for a watch that i’m pretty sure I paid off last December, no way to know since I have a new health care provider the app will no longer allow me to log in to check my balance or use any of the features.👎
