Drains battery

Nothing like audible, my phone gets hot and it drains the battery, very bad experience

Listened to the Inheritance Games audiobook What I loved was ability to change speed and the books were chapter wise

no option to cancel subscription

i logged in on the website and had no way to cancel subscription (not even in the app store) and when “forget acc” is pressed there is no way to get your money back as they loose any record of your account.

Better than Audible

While the Audiobooks app works much the same as the Audible app, (and it is a very functional, intuitive app that is easy to learn and use), where Audiobooks excelled and exceeds Audible is in the area of customer service. While Audible seems to actually work hard at ignoring a customer’s concerns, Audiobooks responds quickly and provides needed information and help. Where Audible takes money for credits without actually adding those credits to an account (theft), Audiobooks has so far honored every purchase. The Audiobooks library is extensive and I have switched 100% from Audible to Audiobooks.

Convenience and Value

The app is really convenient to use. The downloading process is very user friendly. I’d love to see more books options though!

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as i was long term user of another audio book app, after using Audiobooks app, I realized how easy and fast it is

Not bad

I've finished my first book which was a promised land by Obama, I liked the app itself it's user friendly and stable. My only two negative aspects is the fact that you cannot read unlimited number of books and that not all the titles I was looking for are there. Customer service is fast and efficient
