Poor customer service
I have been an audible user for almost a decade. I have close to 400 titles in my library and I had 22 credits available to purchase more books when I got locked out of my app.
Customer Service stated they are not able to help me unlock and I’m no longer able to get into my library or listen to any of my previous selections. After my third call I decided that I would just start a whole new collection from scratch as I really miss my audiobooks.
However, you can no longer purchase credits to buy books. It’s a subscription base and that doesn’t work for me.
It’s sad, because it was such a good platform until they started changing it. I would love for somebody to reach out and help me fix my access but after so many times calling and requesting help I have yet to get one return call and a resolution.
They charged me after 4 months
I removed my subscription from audible becasue I don’t want it to use anymore. Once I updated my credit card at amazon store the audible started charging me and this is after 4 months!!
I like the app but the way amazon operates with your money is just a way to charge you as much as possible even if this is purely unneeded and unwanted by customer. I’m disappointed!
You are a Scam and Thieves
You are a Scam and you never stop stealing my money from my card. I wrote to you, I tried all sort of communications. You are unable to identify which account I am on as Audible and you a card registered that I block you and you keep on adding back my profile from Amazon. SCAM and Thieves.

Okay not great
Hard to navigate, hard to find chapters, can’t purchase from app unless with credits, app opens up to suggested content instead of what you’re listening to. Just good for pressing play and listening
Latest update is horrible! HELP!
I love Audible and have been a subscriber for almost four years now with average listening of over 15 hrs a week.
But with the latest app update I am not able to do anything. It says I need to access library but nothing in the screen seems to work except activating Alexa - which I don’t want to use (no voice commands for me - Alexa, Siri, Google).
Audible please help and release an update immediately fixing the issue

I downloaded the app from the uk store and it works fine except that I can’t access some books saying it’s not available in my country/region. I eventually got the book I wanted from my US account, logged on to the app with my US account but I still cannot play it on the app?! For the sane reason not available on my country?!?!?
The app was right until recently a mean for downloading listening to content. I understand if certain content is not available in the uk but if I bought it already, I should be able to use the app to download it listen it at least. Very frustrating.
Sadly I am resorting to writing a review as I cannot get any help
I have submitted a request for help on your app support and not had a reply.
I have called apple and only had them talk me around in square circles … without any help and eventually rudeness!
