Not happy at all
There is no app to connect my RXV 485. The previous version used to work for some time and now it’s doesn’t. Please do something about it

This AV Controller app will turn your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad into a Wi-Fi enabled remote control for your Yamaha network products(*). This App provides you the flexibility to control the available inputs, volume, mute and power commands. It lets users change a song from Internet Radio, USB and command FM/AM tuners or any other internally available source. Music Play feature allows you to stream music tracks directly from your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad to Yamaha network products to so you can enjoy high quality music through your AV system.
Screen sizes of Tablet devices are also supported.

Needs to improve the app
App works erratic. Some times it doesn’t connect at all, specially after upgrading the ability receiver’s software. App software is not in sink with receiver software upgrades.
The App stops connecting to the RX V 685 Receiver every now and then
The app stops connecting to the AvR every few days . Sometimes you can manage to reconnect after manually entering the network details or IP address again . Sometimes it doesn’t work at all .

Great app, is it possible to get a wake up feature like sleep?
Does not connect to AV System after IOS 9 upgrade
Hi Yamaha, AV controller app on my Ipad Air does not connect to AV system after I upgraded to IOS 9. Both devices are connected to the same Wireless LAN. Can you help me to fix the connection? I reinstalled the AV app but it did not resolve the problem.
