I recently got a new iPhone 16 pro max and my app stopped working completely. Will not let me log into my app or account. I’ve tried sending emails and such to get in contact with someone and say no longer in service. Their website no longer works either. I feel as I wasted money on this bracelet because now it is useless to me being pregnant, unable to use or track anything now.

I removed the app from My android phones when the app went down for 2 months. Now it’s back, but not for android? If you left it installed or use apple, you’re fine, but otherwise, you’re out of luck. Terrible app, product, and company.

Pretty reprehensible. I bought a tempdrop instead.

App was down for an entire month. For an app collecting health data that is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been tracking on here for years. And for some reason the app is not opening and logging in or nothing. Hoping it gets fixed soon.

I’ve tried several times and even turned phone off and back on. The app will not load and says error. Someone needs to fix this!

This is disappointing as I’ve used this app for 5 years and now I can’t access without any prior notification from the company to set my expectations to this regard

I used this app with the bracelet for approximately three months before the business apparently went under. The app no longer works at all. No health data is tracked so the bracelet is completely useless. Additionally, all of my data has been deleted. I’m sure they will soon be a lawsuit.

I’ve been using this app to track my period for several years and used the bracelet for over a year to track fertility. This last phone update completely crashed the app. It gives me a “server error” and won’t open any more at all. Really frustrating as it has years of my data on it.

No way to open the app due to „host name not found“ since weeks, customer support stalling, no access to previous data, really fed up :-(
