Avoid
Don’t bother, simply doesn’t work and most of us can’t even log in! This is a customer facing front end! How do they expect to regain market share with a rubbish experience like this?
President Circle of Frustration
As a President Circle member, I feel like I’ve been demoted to “Can’t Even Log In” status. The app keeps telling me “check credentials” while my password works perfectly on the website. Maybe the app is just allergic to success? Hertz, if this is your idea of cutting-edge tech, I’m genuinely worried you’ll start bringing back typewriters for check-in. Do us all a favor—retire the app, put it in a museum, and let us book rentals in peace!
Bad navigation - useless
Really bad - navigation is useless. Has been terrible for years!
Looks like something from the early Internet days
This is one of the worst apps on the market - including in particular the car rental market. Looks and works like something from the 90’s (before apps…). And slow and unstable too. A shame - it does not at all reflect the company - or does it?
