Outstanding App, easy to use, no fuss and above all quick
Won’t update expired card details
I can’t update my details to a new card. Even tried it last time at the counter. Even that didn’t do anything. I have to go to the desk each rental rather than choose a car via the app and start off on my trip. Queues and time wasting. Very annoying.

Great app
Really easy app to use, everything clear and concise, good service and competitive rates too.
Good company, rubbish app
I’d like to use the app to track my bookings. On each occasion I have to re-enter my booking details, which I keep in Outlook, so that the app tells me what I have to keep elsewhere. And that’s if I can type in my email address before the cursor returns to the start of the field. Maddening.
