No funciona NADA. No se para que hacen una app que no funcionan 2 pasos seguidos.
No me deja actualizar info
No me parece una buena app. Quiero modificar los datos y me dice q tardan 3 días en actualizarlos?!!! Jamás me ha pasado algo así. Después modificó la dirección y me dice que agregue la ciudad . La agregó y me sigue diciendo q tengo q agregar la ciudad! Inentendible! Y x ultimo no hay opción de chat? Solo llamar x teléfono? No me gusto para nada la app.
Pésima atención
Cobraron dos veces el mismo cargo y nadie atiende el teléfono ni soluciona el problema. Nunca más volveré a alquilar en Avis

Terrible service over 60 customers waiting for 2 counter servers. Preferred means nothing here!!! Ya gotta luv it!!!

This app is the worst. There is no clear way to view a reservation or cancel one. Getting help from Avis is a joke.

cars have way too many miles, never the right type, and ZERO customer service. They listen to concerns and go out the other ear
No car
My flight was delayed, so I contacted Avis to let them know. I’ll be arriving in Syracuse late at night. I was told that it would not be an issue and I am a preferred customer. Upon arrival there was no attendant and no car, I was forced to get a ride to the nearest hotel and spend the night in Syracuse as opposed to driving to my final destination, you took to New York. Not only did I have to pay for the ride to the hotel and the hotel room, but I had to pay for a ride back to the airport the following day to get a rental.. Terrible experience.
Useless
Can’t log in and crashes. Unimaginable in this day and age that a top tier brand has an app this bad.
