Modifying a booking
The new Modify a booking page is just so simple. Previously I had to call, wait for the manual calculation, listen and pay over the phone. Now, 3 clicks and all is good. Well done Avis techno people.

Changing booking for extra 2 days
Changed booking for extra 2 days very easy to do
Reset Password
I’m trying to reset my password but it won’t let me sometimes and other times it will but it then won’t let me sign in
Will not load upcoming rental
I have to enter the confirmation number every time. When I look in the rentals screen it always says unable to find any upcoming rentals. It also says I can add my wizard number to the reservation but there is no capacity to do so. I may as well just print it.
Wrong reservation number? And no answer on the depot number to pick up the car
The location I have to pick up the car from (San Sebastián) has not answered. Called over 10 times

Useless
My confirmed reservation does not show in app - can search it and see - then reopen app and nothing. Why bother?
