Avis Preferred members can also earn points by opting in upon check out. With the Avis app, you can make, modify or cancel reservations 24/7. Using the Avis app will also provide access to getting a receipt, viewing and reviewing past rentals and contacting Roadside Assistance for immediate help.

Hice reservación en City Studio en LA, no tenían el coche me mandaron a buena la AirPort y no respetaron la reservación y cobran el doble!! Una basura de empereza y de servicio cuidado!!
De nada sirve la app…
Tener la app no sirve de nada. Por ejemplo, AVIS tiene la promoción de “50% de descuento en todas las rentas” … pero si reservas en la app, con tu número Preferred, sólo te hace 40%. Ah!… y después no puedes ligar tu núm Preferred a tu reservación. Qué chafa…
No reconoce campos
No acepta teléfono y los términos tampoco reconoce que está con el Flag ok

I cancelled because they didn’t have cars and i still waiting for the refound
I did a reservation, with Despegar and you don’t have cars and I the agency did the cancellation, but I still waiting for the refund that was 2 months ago.
Functionality
Your Avis App it is not functional neither helpful to register the data information for mexicana customer: full Name ( we use two names, second and third Name : Agustín de Jesús Bravo Garcia) to match with passport and Visa) , ádress space , Phone number , etc Ejemplo : estoy tratando de enviar y me exige un apodo , llevo 8 y me rechaza ( ya está en uso ) pongo nombre, o apellido , o dato relacionado conmigo y me lo rechaza .. es estupido ,
