Not working

Worst app ever for public transport. Shame on you

Can’t register…

Despite imputing my correct email and and password with more than 8 characters I keep getting the prompt that the email format is incorrect and the password needs to have 8 characters. When I opened the app the first time there was a prompt in Italian with something about todays data which I could no understand: perhaps it’s down today??

Really?

The app fails with basic requests (e.g. when looking for “airport” or “aeroporto”, it does not find the station). Completely useless.

Poor app

Registration doesn‘t go through App mentions zones for transport. But there are no infos on zones. Very poor app

Einfach zu bedienen und hat alles geklappt! Super Sache 👌

Use it if you are a local not if you are a tourist.

If you have bought the venezia card for travelling in Venezia, never download this app. Nobody will help you if there is a problem to charge the card. People think if the app doesn’t work it is normal to pay another ticket for using the vaporetto with a normal paper card. > So why should you download something that cause more difficulties than help you to travel around Venezia ? “Any voluntary or involuntary operation carried out by the Customer that involves the loss of the purchased and unused travel tickets or the remaining credit inside the electronic purse is the sole responsibility of the same including, by way of example, cases of uninstallation of the App, malfunction and formatting of the device, loss of the same. It is the Customer's responsibility to guarantee the data connection and the proper functioning of the mobile device for as long as is necessary to use the service purchased. AVM will reimburse any purchased or unduly withdrawn transaction only if a debit has occurred due to incorrect processing of the transaction to be charged to the payment system.”

Registration does not work

wont get an sms on my swiss mobile number

Registration difficult with non-Italian number

SMS arrived 3 hours later... but with Italian mobile number immediately .... please enable confirmation of registration by email

Registration requires a code sent by sms, unfortunately it never arrives in spite of several requests. Great work guys!

Worst transactional app ever used on my phone

I have never been able to buy a ticket although my credit card was debited. Avoid this app by all means and buy tickets at the vending machines instead!
