Page Scrolling is very slow comparing to other apps or even iphone default touch Please find way to fix it

Notifications broken

Great appa nd i’ve used it for ages. i just noticed that i get no notifications what so ever, i checked the FAQ on the website, double checked in app settings and notification Center settings, everything seems ok. iphone 5 any help would be appreciated. thanks.
