Login issue for NRI Customers

The app is not responding to registered nos with bank for NRE ac customers. Need to resolve the issue. App needs to be made considering the range of customers covered

OTP codes don’t come

I’m not receiving Otp codes on my iOS device from net banking or mobile banking app since a month know.

Problem with App

After installation, when the app is opened, it does not load and completely and keeps in buffer mode indefinitely. Please check and advise. Using the latest iOS release.

Worst experience ever with HDFC , almost 3 yrs my account is freezed due to Re-KYC

Almost 3 yrs my account is freezed due to KYC updates. Which I did multiple times but no help till date.

HDFC App doesn’t work in iOS

This app is never working on iOS. The worst service I have ever seen in any banking sector.

Unable to login

It’s showing error. I can’t login. Why the developers are not taking any responsibility to solve the issue..? How can trust the application..?

App hangs on first screen!

I am using the application on IPad. However, it hangs on the first screen and does not allow me to do anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app without any success. Appreciate your response on the same.
