Bad service in Kuantan area

I don't know if the head office has noticed that the takeaway service business of Kuantan Baijia has declined seriously. For the Kuantan leader, he has the biggest problem.

Improve your delivery guy pls all food takes like forever to arrived .

if no rider pls dont accept the order.always need to wait at least 1 hours .Need to call customer service then just say ok I will let the driver apartment know.Halo ?always need customer call u guys?Ah then will be lalamove send me the food .no rider u guys don’t know mie…why need to let customer wait long time then give lalamove handle..The delivery fee is expensive but give us this service. The rubbish app in the world.

付款了结果讲没有接到订单

超级烂的，当你下单没有付款就会马上打来，结果下单付款了等了要两个小时打去问，既然说他们没有接到单，用了半个多小时还找不到原因，钱也没有退款给我，用foodpanda食物迟到一个小时多就免费送来，结果这个等了这么久客服没有解决，现在钱拿不拿的回还是一个问题，华人做事既然比马来人还要烂😡

No verification code ever sent

Been trying to register for a few days every time i filled in my phone number there was zero response in getting a verification code…

Slow Delivery

Good: Has many chinese restaurants. Some are not available on Grab/ Food Panda. Bad: Super slow delivery. Everytime when I use this app delivery takes more than one hour. Sometimes close to two hours. No online customer support. Need to phone call.

Terrible service

App is terrible in terms of customer service. Driver unresponsive and irresponsible. Waited for more than 2 hours for food to be delivered then the driver cancelled and refuse to deliver. Called the driver and he hangs up the phone. App is terrible in finding a second driver. In the end we have to go to the restaurant to get the food ourselves. What a joke. This is not the first time I have issues with using the app. Do not use this app if you want your food delivered in time. Good luck.

Just terrible in general

I’ve ordered from this platform couple of times and never once was it punctual. The worst time is when I order my food around 8:45pm and it states that delivery will be made around 9:30pm. When I check again at 9:30pm, it changes to delivery tomorrow morning around 10:30am. Call customer service and their service was just bad. They ended my call before I finished talking. Would never order from here again.

The worst delivery app in MY. If the restaurant didn't deliver the food or short of items, both the app customer service and the restaurant do Not take responsibility of it. A place for them to make more money via don't deliver your food after you paid already
