With Bank Austria’s MobileBanking app, Internetbanking you can now settle your banking business via smartphone whenever you want and wherever you are. Highest security standards and the option of biometric authentication protect your privacy for your daily banking.

Bitte Korrektur erfassen

Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass Bank Austria zunächst trotz Vorlage meiner richtigen Dokumente meinen Namen falsch schreibt, auf Korrektur-Aufforderung nicht reagiert, dann von mir verlangt, dass ich die Korrektur als NamensAENDERUNG selbst erfassen müsse (ich habe meinen Namen NICHT geändert), dann erneut Dokumente verlangt und anschließend gar verlangt, dass ich die Ausstellung einer neuen Debitkarte mit korrektem Namen bezahlen solle. Ich hoffe, das war ein Versehen.
