The entire login procedure is awfully overcomplicated and not user-friendly at all.

You need to make it EASY for people to use your wonderful new mobile banking app. If you forget any of the many security numbers you may not have used for months, you are then excluded at every stage of the sign-up process. I managed to download your app from the internet, and struggled through the set-up process. Then it suggested face recognition would be a good idea. Yes! But fatally you can’t have that unless you can remember your ATC. What is my ATC? What is it? Where would I find it? Can I change it to something I can remember more easily? How would I do that? Sorry guys, you have to do better than this.

I’ve never know an app that needs so many updates and yet never gets any better. Not only are the updates annoying, then when you open the app 9/10 you get greeted with “online banking is down for 24 hours” or something similar. It’s a joke.

Silly confusing icons next to each account entry should be removed.

By far the worst app in the world

Riddled with bugs

For some unknown reason they keep “re-doing” the app completely over and over (to make it look different), introducing new bugs every time they do it. The latest “re-do” update also introduces something they call “ATC” which replaces “mobileTAN”, but it will always tell you that you’re entering it wrong (which is not the case). So now the app is completely useless because you can’t get anything done without putting in the “ATC” code. By calling they said they’re aware and guided me through a fix but it only worked for 3 days. I’m switching banks as soon as I can because it has gotten just too ridiculous how they keep doing this.

Mobile TAN no longer working.

After the update, Mobile TAN is no longer working. Times out with error.
