The agent on the phone dit not want to hep me to open a banking account, and he told me that he does not understand Tmazight language and he has told me to find some to translate to Arabic.
I have refused to do so and told him that he should learn Tamazight o find a translator as the bank is located in the heart of bakylia tizi ouzou.

1 month still waiting after I've submitted all the required documents. I have called the customer service, they were helpless.
Très insatisfait
L’application n’est pas encore au point. Impossible de télécharger les documents alors que j’ai le haut debit et la fibre. Le service clientèle n’est pas à la hauteur. Je dispose de plusieurs comptes auprès de banques en ligne en Europe et cela n’a aucun rapport avec Banxy. Malheureusement l’idée était bonne mais la mise en oeuvre n’est pas encore au point.

Cette application est exactement un reflet du pays , 1 heure pour terminer le formulaire si comme j’allais m’engager dans l’armée ( جد باباك الأول تعطيلهم اسمو ) et après le vidéoconférence ( j’ai attendu 40 minute et rien personne n’a répondu à l’appel.
Donc trop de paperasse et service très mauvais, vraiment déçu. Le service banquier n’avancera jamais dans mon pays dommage .
