أسوأ تجربة مع بنك يدعي تقديم خدمات بطاقات فيزا ، بعد أكثر من 6 أشهر انتظار لم أحصل لا على بطاقة فيزا و لا على اعتذار أو شرح منطقي ، كل حملتهم الإشهارية مجرد بيع للوهم ، حتى التطبيق غير عملي و يتوقف مرار ، لا أنصح بهذا البنك مطلقا لأنه لايحترم الزبون ولا يلتزم بوعوده
Bonjour, depuis la dernière version j’arrive pas à ouvrir l’application , apparemment la dernière mise à jour est nulle.
J’arrive pas à télécharger l’application à chaque fois que j’essaye on me demande d’entré une carte sur mon Apple Store et je ne comprends pas pourquoi! Mais surtout ma carte est déjà enregistré du coups l’enregistrer une deuxième fois est impossible. Du coups je crois que la mise à jour bug
L’APK n’est pas fonctionnelle suite à la mise à jour du 12/03/2024. Accès impossible

L'application manque le déverrouillage avec Face Id, autrement tout va bien
J’utilise cette banque depuis plus de trois ans, franchement c’est une catastrophe à éviter un service catastrophique les Agence natixis vous informe que c’est pas notre problème il faut juste traiter votre problème avec banxy directement par téléphone ou par e-mail seulement et c’est vraiment des procédures rigides et prends beaucoup de temps. Moi personnellement aujourd’hui j’ai décidé de clôturer mon compte chez eux.
Le centre d’appel est vraiment médiocre, ils répondent mais ils ne parlent pas Un manque de professionnalisme énorme
Je reçois pas le code pour m’inscrire et l’application beug et se ferme toute seule
I was very happy to learn about this bank from a friend of mine. I downloaded the app and followed the procedures, I got stuck in the title and name page. Called customer service but they were pointless and without help. They kept repeating the same procedures I did on my own. After uninstalling and installing the app under their recommendation, I could not login the error said: you can only log in from one device. Note that I only used my phone so far. This is only the beginning of my experience with them and I’m glad to have only encountered this issue so far which convinced me that they’re not ready yet to be a worthy bank of its name unfortunately. I encourage you to recruit and train better iOS software developers to avoid these issues with your future clients.
