I have been listening to you since 1963 - while living in Paris, Vienna, Lagos, Bern and Zürich. Mainly when cooking or ironing. Thanks for the company and for keeping me up-to-date.

Why does BBC gets interrupted all the time - we can hear the news only in bits and have to fill in the blanks. Other stations work fine. Does BBC App do lots in the background that uses a lot of bytes while transmitting ? It is irritating and only happens since you changed the other other BBC App which now shows presents itself with a black symbol

Dear BBC, Thanks for the extensive coverage and bravery of your reporters! Just a note about the people they are interviewing: real names should be avoided. Informers could list them and later they risk reprisals. Anything is possible, be more careful. the alarm to wake with World service does not work, at least I cannot get it to work. Time is set. Alarm is on Saved too. Still the iPad remains silent. What am I doing wrong. Please help. Otherwise top app

Confusing, not straight and clear. Too many videos and above all too many stupid ads. Hardly worth the trouble.

BBC is not interesting any more, has become boring and out-of-date. The app is not modern. Information is presented badly. It is a pity.

BBC is just fantastic! Thanks for this great podcasts, I’m listening to them every day in Switzerland.

Le plus : bbc world a une sacré réputation qui remonte très loin - quand il était le seul moyen d’avoir de l’information fiable en Europe occupé. Aujourd’hui avec la « poutinisation » rampante de l’information je retourne à cette source. Le moins : la publicité invasive alors que la Grande Bretagne n’est pas un pays en défaut de paiement.
